Cindee Millard works as Public and Community Engagement Manager at Baylor University’s Mayborn Museum. Cindee is experienced in working with numerous non-profits and enjoyed a variety of volunteer community leadership positions before she joined the museum in 2010. She received her M.A. from Baylor University in organizational communication, combining her years of non-profit expertise with academic knowledge in collaborating with community partners. Her work on co-creating community
forums and gathering diverse voices combines her natural curiosity of humanity and her strategic thinking skills.

Cindee enjoys writing short stories on family dynamics, both functional and dysfunctional. A native Wacoan and Baylor University graduate, she resides in Waco, Texas with her husband Mike. The pair enjoy time with their adult children and travelling.
