Summer is a mom and a transformational lifecoach focused on personal freedom and collective liberation within the African Diaspora. She helps her clients discover healthy perceptions of themselves as peaceful, whole, authentic, safe and powerful.
In addition to being a personal coach, Summer facilitates storytelling workshops to cultivate connection and belonging. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Education, leading courses that explore race, equity and social justice.
Summer is a road cyclist and a founding leader of Black Girls Do Bike New Haven. She is deeply driven by a love of people, language, culture, and food.
