Kathy Deacon is a serial entrepreneur, and a business development and marketing professional with more than 35 years of experience. She is currently the Founder and CEO of Co-Creative Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm providing strategic consulting on a myriad of topics including entrepreneurship (with a focus on youth entrepreneurship) and small business development; community building; business planning; and marketing/sales strategy development. She also offers full service grant/proposal writing and management services. She is experienced in workshop design and facilitation on a myriad of topics for delivery to local and state agencies, community organizations, small businesses, non-profit organizations and for-profit corporations. She has experience working with large organizations, small businesses, and entrepreneurs. She is an innovative leader and strives to exemplify the type of entrepreneurial spirit that she works to cultivate in her clients and in the communities she serves.
